1963 CHEVROLET NOVA II
This Hot Rod has been gone through top to bottom without cutting any corners. The paint is as perfect as it gets with a beautiful Raspberry Pearl Metallic that simply sparkles. There has been over $50,000 invested in the creation of this work of art with $10,000 of that in the paint alone. The restoration began in 1994 and the car has not been licensed since and has less than 10 miles on its complete build. The power plant is a 350 bored to a 363 with a line honed and decked 4 Bolt Splayed bottom end. It also boasts the following: cross drilled forged steel racing crank, BHJ harmonic racing balancer, custom forged racing rods, 14:1 compression racing pistons with molly rings, timing gear drive, Diamond Back windage tray, high volume oil pump, deep oil pan, A.R.P. bolts throughout, Michigan 77 bearings, Isky roller cam and lifters, Harlen Sharp roller rockers, Edelbrock heads port matched to a Victor Jr intake and Demon 750 cfm carb with 2:02 stainless steel intake valves and 1:60 exhaust valves, moly push rods with guides, Isky valve springs and retainers. The block and fly wheel were balanced and blueprinted. The spark is all facilitated by MSD with their billet distributor, 2 coil blaster and 6AL ignition. Other goodies include the Moroso electric water pump, an electric cooling fan, a Mallory racing fuel pump, Hedman headers, Flowmaster 30 series muffler and a 3 mandrel bent aluminum exhaust system. The tranny is a 3 speed TH375 with racing equipped internals, a manual valve body, shift kit and an 8” stall converter built specifically for this car. The 12 bolt rear end has all Strange components with a 4:88 gear ratio. Suspension is aided by the front and rear track bars and locators. The front shocks are Koni 90/10’s and the rears are adjustable QA1’s. The interior is a professionally detailed custom grey tweed that is accented by the VDO tach and Autometer gauges. The windshield is a correct replacement and the remaining original glass still shows great. All of the weather stripping, window felts and rubbers are new as well. The heater box and wiper motor have not been installed since this car has only been shown. They will be included with your purchase. SHOW OR GO! Whatever you decide this work of art is guaranteed to excite everyone that experiences her! $25,000.
